You mean the page with pictuures and links in it ?

You can get close by creating a page with several pictures. If you wish you can make them 2 in one colum and some 1 picture over the whole width like the example.

use image object for the pictures, select a picture then set a link to another page (you can set that page hidden then it won't be in your menu or not and then it will be in your menu) goto tab display, choose a mouse over effect the effects in x5 are not 100 % the same but you have enough choice. Thats it.

     I understand this. But what i want to do is the same header and menu. I mean, when i scroll the page down the header and menu stay static and transparent. Also header, menu, content and bottom is full size on the page.

That part will not work. The transparant is not settable in a percantage and you can't set the piture in the menu part above the menu buttons, or let the header scroll with the menu.

I suggest to create an Idea post for it, maybe Incomedia can add it in futere updates/versions.
