Blank template or removing images from templates

I'm creating a website for a charity and would like to do so from scratch without the images currently on available templates. How do I remove pictures from a standard template such as the Multi Purpose template? It comes with an image of a keyboard on it which has nothing to do with what I'm building. Please advise me on how to remove that image.

I'm using version 11/home edition to create a website dealing with the homeless. I wish to use only images from this locality which would require a template with no other images built in, a completely blank template. I thought I could do so using the custom template but I keep getting a massage saying I need to purchase version 12, for which I don't have the budget. How to I create a blank template?
Hello Stephen,
In the Home Edition you can't create a blank template but only use the ones you have in the program.
Only from the Evolution Edition and above you will find the functionality to create a blank template.
