I have had the same problem, if you can go into your server and look at your webmail you may find your orders are shown there ,I did this and found in my case that yahoo spam filering was the problem, What was happing was my customers was getting a copy of there orders but I was not getting a copy, even though I was getting a notifercations from PayPal of funds but no order copy, I now have sorted it Check your wemail in your server.
