Does anyone have a demo site I can try the ''Dynamic Content Object' ?
I would like to see what the client sees and how they go about changing content.
Thanks.

Thank you. How would you compare it to wordpress? Just curious to know your opinion.
You dont compare it with Wordpress, the Dynamic Content Object gives the ability for the owner of the website to make useful changes with texts and images to editable areas of the page or even a whole page. It is not a full blown CMS solution, but very handy all the same.

Thank you. I have the demo version, I guess it will not allow me to setup my own test site?
No the Demo version does not allow you to upload.
The dynamic content can also be used for customers to change or add information without the need of X5 / webdesigner. You can create different logins so the users can only handle onsite data to wich they need acces, this is all set in x5.
Note: The information in the dynamic content can only be made online and not in x5.

Thank you Andre, so your saying 'The information in the dynamic content can only be made online and not in x5' would it then be saved to my local saved file on my computer so next time I do an edit or change it will be updated and also show client changes?
It is saved on your server, not in x5, that's why you need to fill it from internet.
Your local file can't be reached if you set it from internet that's why.
You can offcource make en text object for instance above it, and make it look like 1 object. In that case the text above can be set in x5 but the dynamic content not.
Hope it's clear this way. You can use it to make chances from else where then your x5, or use it to let customers add/edit information. If you want to set yourself some starting text then you need also to login from internet.
