Hallo! The problem is that website x5 ver.11pro does not see .wax5 files. Why? Thanks

Потому что не поддерживает, потому что не умеет работать с этими файлами, потому что экспорт/импорт wax5 появился только в 12 версии.
А для 11 нужно использовать блок WebAnimator Animation https://answers.websitex5.com/objects/livepreview/ec9870d3-8f25-45f0-83d7-74bfd5a6d2
