Bullets don't show in an unordered list (ul) in IE, Edge or Firefox

Why don't the bullets display in an unordered list ( ul ) when viewed with IE, Edge, Firefox? They only display when viewd with Chrome.
View: http://therapist-training.jameskbtestdomain.com/ at the very bottom under "Work Shop." Ideas?
