Hello!
If I have installed website x5 on 2 pcs and one of them gets broken, is it possible to install the software on another pc? Theoretically third but only 2 in use.

Yes, under the precise conditions you describe that would be permissible under the terms of the WebSite X5 software license.
What is important is that the software is not installed and operational on more than two machines at any one time.
