Can you see it and select it?

If you can't see it, have you chosen vertical menu by mistake (it is a horizontal menu)

If you can see it, but there is no option to get it, Website X5 thinks you already have it even if you have modified it dramatically perhaps?

I was successful in downloading it.

yes my dear friend. i did download couple of times and then delete the project to try others. I did this couple of times. I can see the template is still there. once you click for download says" It is not possible to complate download"

I can't even work out how you might delete a template I'm sorry. You need Incomedia to assist, I'm out of my depth. Sorry.

The template number is 33 on Music and Movie category. Please Admin help me . I hope we don't have any limitation on templates downloading.

Just for clearafication. I didn't delete the template from the software itself. I did delete project file i have already downloaded to create site. once open the soft music and movie project music and movie template number 23 is there. on right hand site says " bought" .

Thank you for contacting us. 

First of all, don't worry it's not your fault, you haven't done anything wrong.

During the creation of version 13 we refreshed the default template section as well. During this step, we cut out many templates and I guess that the one that you are looking for is one of them. 
If you wish to use it again in your new version 13 though, it isn't a problem, please do the following:

• open your version 11 start a new project and pick the template you have chosen from the list and hit ''OK''. 
• go into the ''CUSTOM LIBRARY'' section and hit ''ADD''
• now you will see your template in the custom library. Click on it then hit ''EXPORT''
• give it a name and save your .iwtpl template file. 
• Now import it in the same section of your new version 13 then select it and hit ''OK'' to apply it to your project.

Firstable thank you for your respond so quick.

Bad news is I have no more old version of WX5 what so ever. As soon as I have purchased and downloaded WX13 deleted everything from old version. 

How am I going to correct this problem.

The problem is now getting worsening with almost every single template. If I download any template and delete the project I can not able to download same template again.

there has to be other way of it.

If you want a template that was available in evo 11, why not simply download Evo 11 (available under downloads in your profile) again, install the template, build or rebuild your site, then export to iwzip and import it into evo 13.

before i go any further can i ask you Vedat. It's in very common within Turkish male name as i was also called. How ever i choose to used Vedad instead Vedat for so long. all my official documents are included Vedad. is this coencident or knows what to write. Do you have any Turkish relation?

Real subject is.

As soos as downloaded WX13 i did deleted WX11 from my server. never installed before anyway. most of the time i was in Turkey last year when they released. Purchased and then left Australia for holiday. never have any chance to installed and work on it. then purchased new desktop waited for the next generation of WX. to install . the reason for this i don't want old version and the newer version to clash.

So i did deleted from my server. My laptop has WX11 installed. while i was creating my site" 2 already online for years and 2 more to creat" I then remember my backup storage hard drive that I have every single files and softs I have stored in my server.

Yes. It's there. available. I have serial also.

my question to you Gordon. I believe you are far more in advance then me  in pc technology. This my biggest worry for always for this reason never installed on my new desk top WX11.

if I go a head and install WX 11  will it be any crashing between old version and the new version.? can you tell me please?
