Installation problem - WX5 Professional 13
Hello,
I have boght a new version Website X5 Professional 13 and it is not possible to start work with. I received following error: Canot load Counter Name data because an invalid indexes was read from the registry. Three or four times after reinstallation done. It seem to be the same one as by trial version.
Could you check it pls. and give us a new advice or package?

I tried today more reinstallations but all with the same result: Can not load Counter Name data because an invalid indexes was read from the registry. Additionally, we could not activate because of many activations to one account (cause each reinstallation request to put once more serial nr. and activation). Could you help us pls. to fix both issues?

Hello,
problem solved. Today reinstalled, used cmd.exe (opened as admin) - lodctr/r and it is OK now.
