When I read the shoppincard after I changed in that I get a lot of strange characters when I read it.
I use the Swedish and regards them here the letters Å Ä Ö

This happens because the CSV file is not using UTF-8 as encoding for the text. You need to use for the csv file utf-8 as encoding and then the content will appear correctly.

For I have utf8 and multilingual unicode

Probably there's an issue in the office version used. The file you sent me was not using utf-8. Try instead to use openoffice which generates the CSV files with UTF-8 as encoding correctly.
