Left Hand Page menu layout changed in V13

Hi. In version 12 it was possible to display a page menu (in Desktop view) on the left hand side, listing the pages.
In V13 this appears to have been replace by three little horizontal bars - (which provide access to the menu).
How can I get back to the previous layout please?

Malcolm, turn off responsive, adjust menu buton size and/or space allocated so all the text in each button fits without wrapping and then turn on responsive.
