Mobile friendly site?

I created a website (www.pureloo.be) in version 10. Main problem is that this site is not mobile friendly and so the site scores very very low in the Google searchmachine. Is my problem solved when i buy an other version and can i convert my site into the new program? Does the newer version work with bootstrap? I read a lot of complains about version 13. If i use an higher version will i be able to create my own template without using a prefixed one?
Thx in advance for help with this problem.

You can develop your own design... Incomedia is a great app when you start to explore it... It has a responsive module, bootstrap connect thrue a custom script... Etc...
From version 12 the responsive design is there, so no bad google score anymore.
V13 is not bad, infact it is very good, with a new version there are always issues but Incomedia works hard to get them out of the way fast.
Yes you can convert to v13.
No it does not work with bootstrap but you can design your own template like it also is in v10.
Here are some examples from v13: http://www.websitex5.com/en/webdesign-inspiration.html
