I must apologise there has been a misunderstanding. 

I have been informed that the user guide will not be created in Dutch, only the WebSite X5 (user interface) and the language content. This is what we are working on at the moment. I'm so sorry for not giving you the correct information in the first post you opened about this, my mistake.

If we receive several requests from our users, it might go into production, but unfortunately at the moment we only have 2. 
Please use the english user guide in the mean time.
