X5 11 keeps shutting down

Can anyone help please. I'm using Website X5 version 11 with Windows 10. When I close the preview window I get an error message saying Website X5 has encountered a problem and will shut down. this has only started happening recently. Any ideas please.

Did you add any codes or strange items? Try the preview with ctrl button pressed.
reset of pc, try also export project in step5, then import exported project.
