Good day,
I would like to know if you can use Website X5 to create Content Management System (CMS) or can a CMS page be link to Website X5 or vica veras, Website X5 link with a standard CMS page.

No websitex5 is not a CMS. There is an approximation in the Professional version with the "Dynamic content", where areas in the content can be adapted online.
