im trying to upload my website and the FTP address is red as well as the port box....FTP box is ftpproxy3.one.com and the port is 21 but it wont conect to the server......this has been like this for a year nowno problems before and nothing has changed on my computer.

could it be that the adress is: ftp.proxy3.one.com ? (a dot between 2 two p's)
