Can't Update My Evolution 13 Software

When I start up my Evolution 13 software (13.0.5.27) it suggests I update the software. I go through the process including accepting the condition and then the screen simply shows a triangle with a block exclamation point inside it and just sits there. Wes

You should still be able to click on your profile, downloads and download the full updated version if you wish.
