Err have version 12 and yesterday bought 13 and get activation error 322 when I enter the license. How does this gor 322

have version 12 and today bought 13 and get activation error 322 when I enter the license. How does this get resolved?

Use the email where you bought x5 with, I hope you have used the email for this account also. If not change it in your account to the one you bought x5 with.
You can goto the dropdown menu top right next to your name to go to different account settings.
Fill in your licence there, once accepted you should also be able to go to the download menu and download the full install file. With that and your correct email and your licence you should be able to install x5.
