The menu on my phone is very confusing can i change the colour of the menu headings a bit like they are in desktop veiw you have the main headings a different colour than the menu below it.

the style of the menu in the lower resolution is influenced by the style you set to the Background Color of the Menu Items on Step 2 - Template > Customization > Drop Down Menu Style . The style of the menu items that show up under a level is then automatically rendered as a bit darker than the overall colour chosen, and this aspect cannot unfortunately be modified, I am sorry.
