Extracting Guestbook data from previous file.

I am working on a new site, i tried to copy the Guestbook (Save to file) data file to the new server, but the guestbook did not detect the previous Guestbook file, instead it creates a new file in the folder. How do i get the new guestbook to use back the old guestbook file?
Example:
The old Datafile name: f9aec905gb61
The new website couldnt auto use that, is there somewhere we can set that?

Let the new website to create the new file and put the old one with a new name. It should work.

Once the exported website created the new guestbook file copy the name of this file and then delete the file.
Rename the existing file of the old guestbook witrh the name you copied before.
