Color of active link not correct on website

Working with Evotution 12. Changing the color of avtive links to red. Preview looks OK.
(changes done on sjablone style; tekst style) Step 1
Upload to the internet. The active links on the internet have the right color only for a split second.
Then the tekst turns to black. Refreshing the page does not help. Loading the website on smartphone, gives some active links in red (the right color) and some in black.
Can sombody help me out please?

In the meantime I found out, that the outlook from internet depends on the device in use.
For details pls see the annex. I have changed the website address from http to https. Can this be the problem?

Hans, if you want the links to remain red, have you set the visited link to red?
If this does not fix the issue, please provide a link to the site so we can take a look.
