Hi,
In Google eyes, in terms of mobile friendliness, will the Pro version with 10 breakpoints will be more mobile friendly than Evolution with 3 breakpoints ? Or both sites created with Pro or Evolution are mobile friendly ?

Google checks only for mobile availability, one breakpoint is enough to pass the google test.
So Evo or PRO wil both be fine.
