Are you uploading only new and changed files or uploading all files?

Have you tried holding the CTRL key down before doing a preview and ultimately the upload?

Have you tried saving your site to disk and using Filezilla (free) to upload?

You should be aware that Incomedia no longer support versions 9 or 10, you might also note that on most PC's flash no longer works (it can be activated in some browsers). It may be a great time to seriously consider upgrading to V14 due for release shortly.
