Smartphone Viewport

I upgraded recently from Evolution to Professional as I thought I would need the Pro version to be able to view the smartphone viewport however, I still have the same issue and have tried to read the help to no avail.
I have switched to responsive and I see the various reductions in content in template structure across all the viewports although when I use preview there is content in each except for the smartphone viewport which does not appear on the "resize the window according to the breakpoints" preview button list.
I can't work out what I need to do to see the smartphone content in preview, can somebody advise please?

If you are talking about the template set the object then in the viewport.
But I think you are viewing a page, there is a buttun for responsive settings, there you can hide objects for the lower viewports, maybe the second smallest viewport has the hidden option set?

Hi Elisa,
I have attached a screenshot of the preview of a webpage and highlighted what I am trying to solve. There is no black dot preview for the smartphone setting in this drop-down list?
None of the upper viewports have the main content hidden so surely I should see effectively a drop-down list with viewport 2 then smartphone both with a similar image?
I will also go through the supplied link to see if this helps.

That is in my version the same, the last and smallest preview is not visible in the pulldown menu, but if you make your screen smaller then the yellow line on top and set the wide to the black line then you are in the smallest template in preview.

I confirm you have to manually reduce the window until the black line.
