Hey everyone, I have an idea! This is the perfect time to introduce mysellf to ya'll fine folks of the Website X5 community! Yep, as a new customer today of Website X5 Evolution V. 14 software on the popular Black Friday's discounts, I promise to return to this Help forum. Searching for answers, asking questions or able to help other members, I wish ya'll a fine evening: it's evening now in Minnesota!
Well, I'm off to install my new software now. To begin selling my wire-woven jewelrt and wire wrapped loop rosaries I'm in dire need of a website to upload to my hosting service! Thanks! Juli ;)

Thanks Esahc and Elisa B. for your greetings! Not on the forum since I last posted because:
Before installing Evolution I thought I'd better read and study website X5 online guide: so I did Saturday. The one important thing I learned through Step 1 & 2 was: Evolution has only 2 responsive website settings: Desktop and Smartphone.
Saturday afternoon, again I took advantage of the Black Friday discount and bought the Pro version and backup CD. Shortly after I sent a Customer Service Cleverbridge ticket asking for a refund of the previous day's purchase I made: uninstalled. As their customer service phone hours are 8 AM -8 PM, it was to late to call in the refund.
Today in the morning, a BIG, WONDERFUL, WOW & PROMPT email reply from them was waiting in my email box. Cleverbridge's refund reference # was there!
This could have been prevented Incomedia noted this issue before purchasing Evolution: I may have missed it in the comparison chart I read prior to buying Incomedia the 1st time, though it may be there: reading some things in the chart is like reading a foreign language to me! Non-computer geeks need simple, baby explanations of the features.
Well, all is a-okay now. Only because of the ongoing Black Friday discount, could I have ever made the Pro purchase. In summary, I am on top of thw world that I now have the best that Incomedia has to offer! Juli ;)

Juli, it is true, you have got the best, and with features you haven't discovered yet!! But in case others are reading this and planning a purchase, Evolution supports 3 break points according to their comparison chart (effectively desktop, tablet and mobile), but yes, I prefer the flexibility of additional breakpoints so I can design for portait and landscape mobile devices.
