I can't upload my website! i have no idea what I'm doing wrong and there's nobody with a direct answer. I don't know what the FTP means or what it is supposed to do. I emailed privately but nobody has responded and there's no direct phone number. Is there someone that can walk me through the upload process?

Normally the upload to internet screen looks like this
For most hosts the FTP address is your domain name, and /public_html is the destination folder.
You would have received an email from your host when you signed up providing the username and password. These same credential will also allow you to sign into the control panel of your host.
eg www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
If you are having difficulty, please contact your host (I use both webhostingworld.net and hostgator.com), in most cases they have live chat available from their home page and I am sure they will be able to offer the assistance you require.
If you are have some success but get an error message, please take a screen shot and post it back here.

Set the destination folder on start up empty. (top right in Eshac's screenshot)
Also there is help in x5 (press F1) But there are also guides in x5 (see footer and header to go there)
