I get and error when trying to download one of the free templates

i was able to download one free template.
it was not what i wanted so i deleted it.
everytime i try to download another i get and error see pic attached.
i have retsarted the program no help
i created a new project no help.

does this happen with this particular template only? Please disable your firewall and antivirus programs and try again.
