I have created a project in version 13 with animated images in it. All worked fine in v.13 but after the project was imported and opened in version 14 all of the animated images got corrupted and became unusable with a message in preview "The animated Image object isn't installed".
Please advise on how to fix this problem.
Many thanks.

Hi, you have to uninstall and reinstall all objects even on version 14 , to avoid problems in the future.

Thank you, I was afraid that I have to this again. Perhaps you can help me with it. On my home page I used these "annimated objects - actually images" to display all services we offer and when the visitor points mouse on particular "image" it gives a short description of the service . Also, the image is linked to dedicated area of the 'FULL service description" located on the "Service" page. Is there a safe/compatible way for future versions to achieve this type of functionality without the image being corrupted by the next version?
Ted,
What Kris means:
Have you installed the animated image object? (and maybe other objects)
Without it v14 won't see the objects correct.
goto a page (step4) , click top right manage. refresh the next page.
select animated image and install it, then all should be alright.
If not deinstall the object and install it again.
Hi Ted,
please follow Andre's suggestion and please let me know if you can solve the issue or if you need further help.
Thank you, I wish you a lovely day. Kind regards.

Yes, it did work and now all my animated items and links are displayed properly. Do you know if Incomedia has a manual for version 14?
Many Thanks
ted
Ted, the manual is available through your profile (top right), under download you will find the latest version of WX5 is available, and to the right you can download the manual. It can also be accessed through F1 & the ? icon when using WX5 in which case it is context sensitive and should open at the page relative to what you are trying to do.

Thank you Esahc,
What the relieve; now I can find answers to my questions and more in there. So bad, I just wasted 25 credits on ready website since I thought I have to re-do all images and more.
Cheers
