Transition from X5 Evolution 13 to X5 Professional 14

I bought the X5 14 professional website and now get a snap load on the project created in website x5 13 evolution. What about that?I will export the project from X5 Evolution 13, in X5 Professional 14 I will import, the import will go fine, but then the project will not load. Initialization of the project takes place 12 hours and nothing.

Is this a large site and is it online?
WX5 v14 does not like empty cells on pages, inside V13 can you check step4 Page (for every page) and remove empty rows or columns of cells. If you have an empty cell, simply place an object in it without content (eg text).
Once complete, export from v13 and import to v14

I can only suggest you check for empty cells as above before export, I then recommend you test import your project back into V13 (this will NOT overwrite your existing project). If the import to V13 works, then try V14, but before attempting to open the newly imported project, please restart your computer (if you are using Win10, pray there are no updates about to happen).
I have assumed you are only working off a local hard disk (not NAS or connected USB device).
Please advise if this is successful, but I have asked Incomedia to assist in case there is anything else they can suggest for dealing with such a large site.
Please advise the version of windows you are using in case this helps Incomedia.

I installed the missing X5 Professional 14 template, and in the X5 Evolution 13 I replaced the fonts and managed to run.
