I have a small issue with the sticky bar. I made my website in English and put a google translate button on the web site. If you view the website in English on a cell phone or tablet the sticky bar works perfect. If you translate the web site to anotehr language the sticky bar gets lost behidn the google translate pop up. 

So to get around this I made the sticky bar taller and moved the text to the bottom so it show up when the web site is or hs been translated. The issue now is if you view the web site in English the sticky bar is too far down since the site is not intranslation mode.

Is ther a way around this or should I leave it as it is now and work on creating the site in anotehr language andputting a link in my web site to the alternate language.
