No, you need at least the version you created the projekt with. You can download the latest version here from your profile.

The only way you can guarantee being able to open a project in an older version of the software is to export the project (& I recommend renaming with the full version number) before allowing WX5 to upgrade.

En teoria si ya que las actualizaciones hacen referencia a las correcciones echas por errores dentro del software. Lo mas problable es que notaras que algunos elementos no te salgan bien debedo a que la versión anterior no se corregido estos detalles.
as I said: NO. The version number is important. If your created (or saved) a project with Pro 14.0.6.2 you will not be able to open it with a lower version like 14.0.5.2. At least my experience.
Usually software is not downwards compatible.
