The help file in x5 is pritty good, if you have doubts press F1 wherever you are in x5 and see if this can help you.

In short: you need to create a database (this is done by using your control panel of your provider) the information from your webhosting should give you database name password and adress, add it to x5 in the databse section.

Thene select in the shop in sending order tab select in pulldown use databse.

Then you should be on your way.
