My computer with all my files died and I had to get a new one... I have a website uploaded but now have no copy of the original files... is there a way in the software to download a back up copy of it so I can update it? Any help is appreciated.

If you no longer have an iwzip or project file, there is only the option of recreating the pages (page structure) in a new project and copying content (texts, images, etc.) from the published website. This usually goes much faster, as the HP build completely new.

(JJ answered 2 almost identicle posts, the other involved a crashed HP)

Don, you cannot recreate the WX5 project by importing the published site, but as JJ meant to say, if you start the project again as a new project in WX5, it will be time consuming, but nowhere near as hard as the original task because you can copy and paste from the online website.

If you still have access to the crashed PC HD, it is highly likely that unless the HD is corrupted or has been wiped you may be able to recover the full project. Please advise.
