very disappointed in website x16 thinking of asking for a refund sticky bar also not working.

shopping cart client would click on one item and would go to the next stage or continue shopping i have manage to get one product to display shopping cart button when you select it says product added to shopping car and thats that does not go to the checkout or second stage.i think you guys are to much of a hurry to push out new products but they are not working. before i bought ver16 pro i check it is compatiable withall versions fron 9 onwardsif this is not corrected in the next couple of days will request refund in full or get bank to cancel credit card transaction.

Antonio, you can ask here for a credit, and if you wish to publish any personal details of the transaction, simply mark your first post as private. Only Incomedia will see it.

I have upgraded multiple shops without issue, although I upgraded 8->9, 9->12 and 12-16.

I had no issues.

But there have been many changes in the last 6 versions.

If we can help, please advise the problem, preferrably with examples. If the old site is online the URL would be handy, if you could put the new (failed) site online in a subfolder (eg mydomain.com\test) that would be even better.
