I was using the Website x5 Pro v.11 demo version and now purchased the full evolution version. Is there a way to have my work done to get them on evolution? Thanks.

Paul, unfortunately WX5 Professional projects cannot be opened in any Evolution versions.
I would open V11, export to disk and then open the website with your default browser. Then open v16 and recreate the project by copy and paste. You can also open 2 versions of WX5 simultaneously, but you will only be able to copy the content (not the objects or cells) between versions.
