Start your Website Creation with Evolution instead of Start as it has very limited features. If you are sort of money then you can start with Evolution. If you want more, go for Professional

Miltos, as indicated by both Jiper and Ani, Start is very limited in any version. But you are running v9. This does not support responsive websites and is no longer supported by Incomedia.
