I have transfer my website to a new server, then I found my online form inquiry is not working, I have contact the server provider and checked that they support PHP 5.6, so I want to know why it still not working and what is need from the server provider to do, so I can make it work again.
My website is www.egytouch.com/en/
the mail form page is www.egytouch.com/en/contact-us.html

I am using in Step 4 "Data Management" the PHP mailer; also I have tried other options Authenticated SMTP but nothing happens.

I had the same problem, and it's the firewall at your provider that stop the mail form from working. Call the provider..

The server provider told me that the script doesn't load as it can't include a parent folder so any ideas of how I let him adjust this for me? to let the server allow me to use a parent folder in scripts.

Hi Mohamed.

I think the error you are reporting should be well explicative to your hosting support. I suggest you contact them reporting this specific issue.

This most probably means that they're server is applying restrictions to the WebSiteX5's code, and it won't allow certain files to be used properly.

This is something that the website alone cannot do, and needs specific action from either your control panel or your hosting's support team

Get in touch with them, and let me know if you manage to solve it

Thank you

Stefano

Who is your server company?  I have the same problem and the server company tested by installing Wordpress on the account, and testing email form in wordpress - it worked - which means problem may be X5.

No resolution from X5 so far - they asked I test on a different server and I have not had time to do so. I have to set up an account with a different company and set up https which means i loose traffic while I test as I must redirect my domain for the test - simple problem but complicated procedure - no other offer of help from X5.

I am using Siteground server. Their support is excellent and very technical - they reviewed logs and sent me the server responses - as I say before the form worked in wordpress but not X5...... :(  so I suspect it is an X5 problem but no help from X5 until I test with another server - I thought maybe they could test if I sent them my project file but they did not offer that.

Adrian
