Sharon, is there text in the box when you edit it or does it disappear?

Or is the text simply not visible in preview?

Have you tried opening the project, going to step 5, export, export project and then import this iwzip (this will not overwrite your existing project).

Where does the crashing occur, whilst editing, saving, responsive layout, previewing?? If the problem is crashing on preview, please save first and then try CTRL+preview.

There are empty cells on the screen capture, can you either delete these of put an object in each cell or row of cells (eg Text), but there is no need to add content. If this is the case on other pages please do the same for each.

Hi there is no text in the preview box but the the videos are giving me the location of the file this is the same on all pages.

The programme doesnt responed very well like i can click on one of the boxes and it takes about 10  minutes for it to load up with the box to change it with.

I cant even preview this when i click on the eye as it just wont load up on any browses

it took 30 minutes to load my file which was created originally on 13 then 14 and so on but i only seem to have this problem with the update.

im just hoping i have lost my work as there is quite a lot been done on this 

Sharon, did you import or simply open your older projects?

Have you read my post, checked each point, especially export and re-import?

If you start a new project, does everything behave properly and open fast?

With the missing text, have you tried deleting the text box, adding a new one and then pasting the content from your online site or an earlier (v15?) version.

What format are the video files?

Do pages without videos preview correctly, and lastly, is the existing website online??

i imported it twice and it still does the same with the missing text i cant copy and paste it as i havent upload to the server i did remove the v15 from my pc 

the videos are in a mp4 format 

i havebnt tired opening the programme as a new project will try that now how do i get the v15 back 

ive just tired to start a new project and its not loading stuck on 95%

is there a link for the v15 version please

For the record, if you click on your profile (top right this page), then select download, all the versions you own are available for download any time. The activation keys are there too.
