Scroll bar on bottom of mobile pages

Hi Im hoping somebody can help me please
The issue i have is on 2 resolutions viewport 1 & 2 both have scroll bars on the bottom??
Have had a message from google saying 1x object is to wide for a mobile browser and to adjust it
I have checked all header items and checked all footer items all are within the perimiter
i have attached a screen shot, any help on this would be much appreciated

There must be an object to close to the border or over the border.
Check again all header and footer objects. Make them way smaller if needed until it is good. Then make them bigger step by step checking each time the scroll bar
