why does the text of the website title appear next to the text on each page I open?
I hope you understand what I mean?
I do not want it to appear on every page of the site

This is the normal and expected functionality of the software. In every page you visit, once online, the name of the Website will be shown too.
You can see other examples of this on bigger sites like YouTube for example:
