About link problem on main page

We use Website x5 evaluation8. We created a file which includes all details. We created a main page in our web site by it. They includes separately both of turkish and english templates and websites. we put a link "English" on template in turkish website, but when we tick on it, it can't forward to it "English page". How can we do it?

Are there two projects and homepages in different directories?

Keep in mind that version 8 of websitex5 is very old, currently version 16 !!
