Responsive Design Issue (page width in mobile resolution)

Hi,
I have version 17. I'm having an issue with my responsive design, at the mobile resolution. I have set the "Page Contents" size to 320 px but the text take a larger size. I attached a screenshot.
How do I fix it ?

Head and foot are correctly set to 320 and shown
Now you still need to set the breakpoint (under 2 template - resolution and responsive design) in view 2 to 320px so that the content is also adjusted.
