Fit webpage to screen width (automatically)  en

In the left and right of the screen (mostly in computers), there are big white gaps. The wider the screen, the wider the gap. How can the page read automatically the screen width and "stretch" to the left-right so as to fill it entirely?

Thank you once again

This is normal, all websites have this.

But you can make it widther if you want in step2 template settings, resolutions and responsive design for every viewport.

You could also make in step2 template settings, template structure, some changes in the margins of the background and the page content for every viewport.

Also you can make effery object wider is step 4, select an object, then use extend button on top. But then you will have to do all objects, it a lot of work.

remember, this is normal behavior, so don't change too much.

Best Regards.

HI Dimitrios S.

You have to decide how much the macsimal side width should be!

Laptop display resolution:

  • WSVGA — 1024×600 (128:75; ≈ 15:9) — 614,4 kilopixel,
  • XGA — 1024×768 (4:3) — 786,432 kilopixel,
  • XGA+ — 1152×864 (4:3) — 995,3 kilopixel,
  • WXVGA — 1200×600 (2:1) — 720 kilopixel,
  • WXGA — 1280×768 (5:3) — 983,04 kilopixel,
  • SXGA — 1280×1024 (5:4) — 1,31 megapixel,
  • WXGA+ — 1440×900 (8:5; 16:10) — 1,296 megapixel,
  • SXGA+ — 1400×1050 (4:3) — 1,47 megapixel,
  • XJXGA — 1536×960 (8:5; 16:10) — 1,475 megapixel,
  • WSXGA — 1600×1024 (3:2) — 1,57 megapixel,
  • WXGA++ — 1600×900 (16:9) — 1,44 megapixel,
  • WSXGA — 1600×1024 (25:16) — 1,64 megapixel,
  • UXGA — 1600×1200 (4:3) — 1,92 megapixel,
  • WSXGA+ — 1680×1050 (8:5) — 1,76 megapixel,
  • Full HD — 1920×1080 (16:9) — 2,07 megapixel,
  • WUXGA — 1920×1200 (8:5; 16:10) — 2,3 megapixel.

For the older laptop, it should not be dull. But desktop PCs look good.

So is your target audience looking at mobile or desktop PC or laptop?

width: 1150px, 1200px, 1280px, 1400px

The second step should be to set different views

An image that can be placed on the sidebar area (Each page appears at the specified resolution)

Settings allow you to put the image in the top position

1200px image

1000px image

Only appears on one page

Or the whole object can be folded. WARNING A wide object is difficult to read and the picture is less transparent.

On a specific page
