Hi,
I teach a class and handle registrations online through my website. After people complete the registration form, the regisration data is sent to me by email. However, the email goes to my spam folder, instead of my inbox. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, how did you solve it?
Thank you.
Cindy

I have the same thing, i have tryed another email script, you can test these script in your admin panel.
set /admin behind your website, the login is the administrator that can be found in x5 as well.
Else you need to add the sender to a whitelist of your spam filter if possible.

Hi Andre,
Thank you for your reply. I don't understand the first part of your answer. Can you please explain further or provide more details. What do you mean by "I have tried another email script" and how do you "test the script." Also, what does "set/admin behind your website" mean?
Thank you.
Cindy
Hola si entiendo bien esto se debe a que el dominio del e-mail el servidor de correos lo ve como un spam debes decirle que es correo de seado validando el nombre de dominio de tu sitio web
I mean to write /admin behind your website adres. this leads you to your admin panel where you can test several script, hopefully one will work without entering your spam box. The login credentials for your admin panel are found in x5.

It also can be that the receiver of the mails set it as spam if the mail comes from a hotmail or gmail adress or any other rule. Your provider creates this filter or your webmail program manufacturer creates this filter and deceides what is spam or not. So you can ask them also for advise.
