My videos are not working I have tried everything h264 encoding using mp4 format only short video 6mgb or less can you help

The videos just do not work in the internal preview? Online it should be able to play?

It is in the directory fine and still not working for some reason,
I changed the video to test.mp4 still not working I just do not understand

So when I go to preview in a browser it works fine but when i put it on the web it does not work and yes it is where it says it is. so i am thinking it is a location thing but it is correct on that. mmmm
