Website X5 update problem

Hi!
I updated our website on the 1st of April just like always, everything went well.
Next day, I added more modifications, but after that I couldn't do the update. The preview looks always perfect when I check it, but after the update, the website doesn't change.
We use this program for 7 years and we never had a problem like this before. Please help me what could be the problem!

Regina Have you done a CTRL+F5 on your browser to flush the cache?
If that does not fix it, in WX5 do a ctrl+preview of the site then in step 5 do a FULL upload rather than new and changed.
Please advise the result.
