Insert a Line Break in a Title Block

I would like to have the Header Title display in two lines. How do I insert a line break in this Title block?
I have tried duplicating the title block and then just entering the appropriate text in each block but that throws off the alignment if I want text centered (the two lines have a different number of characters).
The title I am working with is: POWER EXCHANGE RELATIONSHIPS IN SAN ANTONIO.
I would like it to display as (centered):
POWER EXCHANGE RELATIONSHIPS
IN SAN ANTONIO

Dan, whilst you cannot insert line feeds, if you remove the tick from adapt font size the title object will line wrap within the available width.

try tu put a text object intot the header with html activated
