Adding Accessibility to website

I have my email address in the Footer of the site. I want to be able to mouseover and display text for users to read. I was able to add the link, and in Preview clicking it opens email, but I want to add "Click Here To Email Me" text to the link when the mouse is over the link.
How do I do this In General Settings / Footer - or do I change this somewhere else?

I found mouseover in the Page Creation section, but not the Header / Footer section. Will I need to edit the HTML and add it myself?

I haven't used version 10 for some years now, and official support from Incomedia for the same has now ended. However, I do seem to recall that manual editing would be required to effect a mouseover on links in the footer... but it has been a while!
Look at page 125 of the PDF manual I linked to on your other thread. If adding a 'tooltip description' does not offer the effect you are looking for, then yes, manual editing will be necessary.

Thanks Paul! I'm considering updating to the new tools. I guess you use Pro, but I can't afford that. Do you know if the Evo package supports accessibility? One site defined "accessibility" as "Web accessibility refers to the inclusive practice of removing barriers that prevent access to websites by people with disabilities."
I'm looking for options like the Mouseover I described in my initial question.

Mouseover is a standard feature in all editions of WebSite X5. Tooltip descriptions can be added to any link.
Version 2019.1 is far superior to version 10. The scope and number of changes are enormous.
There is a free demo version available which you can try before buying:

You can use the tooltip in the setting of the link to display this message when mouseover.

As far as I remember, also available in older versions. We only use current the pro version.
