Description page differs from Google and DuckDuckGo

Surely since Googles new ranking protocol in June, it seems that the description supplied by the page is not shown under the search result. Google simply shows the first fragments of the actual text. DuckDuckGo shows a piece in the middle of the text assuming it covers the content. Only Bing still shows the accurate text of the description. Does anyone know what is going on? Or even better, how to solve the matter?

Hello Rients,
The description 'snippets' displayed by the search engines are generated by various algorithms which you have little to no control over. Each search engine basically displays the text of their choice, as they see fit.
The best you can do is try and exert an influence, for example by following the guidelines in this article, which relates to the Google search engine:

This is not a WebSite X5 issue as such.
Good luck!
