X17 unable to change VAT to show Tax

I am setting up a online cart but the only option i see is VAT or No VAT in the Option settings of the shopping cart. I need it to say Tax, I have the content language as EN. I am in the US.

Hello Nicole,
Please click on the icon highlighted in red below... this will open the Language Content Management window:
Then navigate to the variable cart_vat as shown below... you will be able to change the value from VAT to Tax using the field highlighted on the right:
